How to sign up for freshbenies through EasyAppsOnline

Log in to your EasyAppsOnline broker account.

Locate your client under My Companies.

Hover your mouse over the Misc. Software icon and use the dropdown below to select freshbenies Manager.

Select the Get Started Now button at the bottom of the page.

Complete the Employer Agreement for List Billing form, and then click Continue to Step 2.

Electronically sign your name, and then click Submit.

Click the Download Membership Census link and complete the spreadsheet with any missing employee information.

Email the completed Membership Census to [email protected].

You will receive an email from freshbenies within 1 business day that contains a Group ID and Approval Code to activate your policy.
How to activate your freshbenies policy

Log in to your EasyAppsOnline broker account.

Locate your client under My Companies.

Hover your mouse over the Misc. Software icon and use the dropdown below to select freshbenies Manager.

Enter the Group ID and Approval Code in the form displayed, then click Verify

The system will verify that you have entered a valid Group ID and Approval code, and then take you to the freshbenies Policy Manager.
How to update your freshbenies Company Information

Log in to your EasyAppsOnline broker account.

Locate your client under My Companies.

Hover your mouse over the Misc. Software icon and use the dropdown below to select freshbenies Manager.

Click Edit Company.
-
Make the necessary updates, and then click Save Changes.

A message will display on screen that says Information Updated Successfully.
IMPORTANT: This change only affects EasyAppsOnline company information. Please contact freshbenies directly for company name/address changes.
How to cancel your freshbenies policy
- Go to My Companies and search for your group.

Hover your mouse over the Misc. Software icon and use the dropdown below to select freshbenies Manager.

Locate the link “To cancel your freshbenies, Click Here.”

You will receive a confirmation that your cancellation request has been submitted.
If the cancellation button was clicked accidently, just click the link Click Here to Reactivate Policy and freshbenies will be notified to disregard the policy cancellation request immediately.

You will receive an email from freshbenies within 1 business day that contains a Cancellation Code.

Enter the code in the form provided, and then click Verify.
-
Your policy will be instantly cancelled and you will receive a final invoice from freshbenies shortly thereafter.
How to add employees to the policy
IMPORTANT: New employees must be entered in the EasyAppsOnline system prior to completing the steps below.

Go to My Companies and search for your group.

Hover your mouse over the Misc. Software icon and use the dropdown below to select freshbenies Manager.

The Policy Manager will display a message at the top “You have pending employees who need to be enrolled.”

Click the Fix Now link to navigate to the pending employee list.

Use the Status dropdown menu to change the employee from Pending to Enrolled.

Click Save Changes.

You will receive a message saying Employee Enrolled Successfully.

The freshbenies system will automatically receive the new employee(s) information through an automated data transfer.
How to terminate employees from the freshbenies policy
- Go to My Companies and search for your group.

Hover your mouse over the Misc. Software icon and use the dropdown below to select freshbenies Manager.

Click Edit Enrolled Employees.

Use the Status dropdown menu to change the employee from Enrolled to Terminated.
-
Click Save Changes.
-
You will receive a message saying Employee Terminated Successfully.

The freshbenies system will automatically receive the terminated employee(s) information through an automated data transfer.
How to re-enroll terminated employees on the freshbenies policy

Add the employee on EasyAppsOnline first.

Go to My Companies and search for your group.

Hover your mouse over the Misc. Software icon and use the dropdown below to select freshbenies Manager.

Click Edit Terminated Employees.

Use the Status dropdown menu to change the employee from Terminated to Re-Enroll.

Click Save Changes.
-
You will receive a message saying Employee Enrolled Successfully.

The freshbenies system will automatically receive the re-enrolled employee(s) information through an automated data transfer.
